Occupational therapist

Occupational therapists are professionals who help people with physical and mental disabilities recover and maintain their physical and cognitive functions so that they can live independently through the activities (work) they do in their daily lives.
Specifically, there are roles such as rehabilitation for the purpose of self-help, social participation, improvement of living function, and selection and adjustment of appropriate assistive devices and nursing care equipment.In addition, it is required to create individual programs according to the conditions and needs of patients and users, and to provide practical training and activities.Occupational therapists can be active in a variety of settings, such as home visit rehabilitation as well as hospitals and facilities.
