| Assigned to | Special nursing home for the elderly, healthcare facility for the elderly, support facility for the disabled |
| Days off and leave |
2 days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays off) 125 days a year, annual paid leave, special leave Childcare leave system, nursing care leave system, etc. |
| Work-life balance support | Annual paid leave system that can be used on a half-day basis
Use of in-office daycare “Yamamomo” (Konan City, Kochi Prefecture) * Childcare for children from 0 to under 2 years old |
