A social welfare corporation is a corporation established to carry out social welfare projects, and operates organizations and facilities that carry out social welfare projects.
For example, there are facilities for the elderly, welfare facilities for the disabled, child welfare facilities, nursery schools, and so on.In order to ensure the appropriate and continuous implementation of social welfare services, social welfare corporations must submit a management plan to the local government and receive approval.In addition, social welfare corporations are non-profit organizations, and their operating funds are covered by donations, subsidies, and retained earnings.
