| Salary | 256,500 yen ~ (basic salary + various allowances) * Basic salary is determined by qualifications, experience, etc. |
| Bonus | Twice a year (July and December), 2 months last fiscal year (paid according to corporate regulations) |

2 days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays off) 125 days a year, annual paid leave, special leave Maternity leave before and after childbirth, childcare leave system, nursing care leave system, etc. |
