It has been selected for the ZEB demonstration project.

As part of the construction of the new Konan Akaokaen Special Nursing Home for the Elderly, we will be converting the facility into a ZEB facility as part of our efforts to save energy and reduce CO2 emissions.
When implementing this project, we will utilize the Ministry of the Environment's subsidy "Pioneering ZEB Promotion Project for LCCO2 Reduction" and widely publicize the results.

The construction period is scheduled to run from November 2025 to the end of June 2026.
